Note: All massage prices listed above include what I consider normal massage techniques, e.g.: Swedish strokes, deep tissue and neuromuscular (medically based) massage. Each massage is tailored to the individual as well, that is: every body has different sensory likes and dislikes, pressure preferences and so on, so I do my best to give you a perfect custom massage experience. I do work in the field of strengthening the mind/body connection and conjuring of deep relaxation, so I do employ a wide range of energetic techniques,other than touch, such as vocal sound, guided consciousness, light or no touch subtle energy, gentle movement and stretching techniques, however, if they do not resonate well with the receiver, I have no problem leaving these techniques out for your comfort. That being said, I would urge anyone that may have trepadation around this "energy work" to at least try it first, as it can have great benefit in helping the thinking mind let go and relax into the grander experience.

Remember, the point is to let go of thinking and rest and be nourished in the inherent unity of body and mind.
